In my role as Sr. Graphic Designer at the Kondracki Group, I’ve spearheaded brand revitalizations for clients such as JLS Automation and Weber Packaging. My portfolio of work for KG also includes designing and executing impactful campaigns for clients like Triangle Package Machinery and SpeeDee Packaging Machinery. Additionally, I’ve undertaken the strategic design overhaul of trade show booths across multiple client engagements, elevating their professional appeal. My initiatives have also extended to creating and curating a refined and authoritative social media presence for all of the clients of KG. I’ve conducted comprehensive competitive reviews, driving enhancements to our clients’ Visual Brand Language (VBL) and bolstering their market positioning.

At Lang Companies, I undertook the strategic initiative of reinvigorating the brand identities of LANG brand and its subsidiaries. My responsibilities extended to website redesigns and the successful execution of numerous digital advertising campaigns. I expanded my role to collaborate with additional brands and thier teams, spearheading the transformation of their online presence. In essence, my tenure at The Lang Companies was dedicated to the comprehensive revitalization of Visual Brand Language (VBL), point-of-purchase (POP) materials, web assets, and all associated branding across the company’s diverse portfolio of brands.

(Previously; Sr. Merchandising Designer, Merchandising Designer, Graphic Designer) While at Generac, I assumed the role of overseeing and directing a dynamic creative design team comprised of five skilled graphic designers. My daily responsibilities included effective communication and presentation of design concepts to various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and executive personnel. As part of my duties, I provided art direction and contributed to the creation of multifaceted campaigns, in-store point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and retail displays. Furthermore, I maintained close communication and directed teams at Generac’s facilities in China. A significant portion of my role revolved around the meticulous design and development of packaging solutions for the entire Generac product line. Given Generac’s extensive brand portfolio, brand management emerged as a critical aspect of my responsibilities, necessitating collaboration with and oversight of multiple brands. I also undertook the vital tasks of organizing, quoting, and providing art direction to vendors for display prototypes and packaging. Noteworthy achievements during my tenure include the conception and execution of the iQ2000 launch campaign, resulting in an impressive $1.2 million in sales, as well as the comprehensive design overhaul for both Generac and Powermate in their 2018 brand refresh.

During my term as a designer at Kohler, I undertook the creation of various advertising materials and point-of-purchase (POP) displays tailored for the retail environment. Additionally, I was responsible for the design of numerous sell sheets and brochures, carefully crafted to resonate with the discerning retail audience. Effective communication and presentation of design concepts were integral components of my daily responsibilities, requiring seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders across marketing, sales, and executive teams. A noteworthy highlight of my time at Kohler was serving as the lead designer for the Moxie Showerhead Innovation end caps and in-store merchandising initiatives designed for the retail market. These efforts culminated in a remarkable achievement, with sales figures exceeding $1.3 million.

As the proprietor of srs design, I have had the privilege of conceptualizing and crafting a diverse range of merchandising displays, packaging solutions, brochures, iconography, and catalogs. My clientele comprises esteemed organizations, including Southwire Tools, Woods, Seatek, Yellow Jacket, Sumner, Moonrays, TourGuide Solutions, BayCom, Driehaus Enterprise Management, Inc., as well as several prominent podcast platforms. Additionally, I oversee all marketing and social media operations for Magellan’s on Main, a renowned local bar/restaurant located in Waukesha.
